Our art and graphics department are very proficient in using and converting almost all types of file formats. The preferred files for screen printing artwork are psd. (Adobe Photoshop – *left in layers*), and .ai (Adobe Illustrator vector). We also accept .jpeg, .eps, .png, and .pdf, however, customers may be subjected to a small fee for poor quality/low resolution images that need to be recreated.

You will receive your order in 7-10 business days. Shipping may be longer depending on where you live in the country.

We have an in house graphics team who can design and create a logo just for you.

All of our customers will receive a final proof for approval. Epic Promos Florida does not print any customers job until the final proof has been approved by the customer and received.

If your residence or place of business is Palm Beach County, FL or North Broward County, FL, we will deliver them to you free of charge. If your residence or place of business is outside that radius, we will ship them to you. We will ship to anywhere in the USA, as well internationally.

We can provide you with just about any garment you can imagine from any of our 50+ apparel wholesalers across the country. You can also supply us with your own garments. Before final approval, we will need to know the size and material of your items to ensure that the size/location of your desired print is applicable, and also that the form of printing/decorating you desire works with that specific material.
